Homeward bound pet rescue is an all volunteer, nonprofit animal rescue in the columbia/irmo area of south carolina! We are a no kill rescue with a mission to spay or neuter every dog that comes through our rescue. We are a no kill animal rescue that was founded due to our love for animals that are less fortunate.
